We’re available to handle all of your loan signing needs. Our duties include reviewing loan documents with borrowers, collecting signatures, and notarizing documents as needed. Loan signing agents play a critical role in the mortgage industry, helping to ensure that real estate transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

What are the fees to notarize a document?

The maximum fee that may be charged by a notary for notarial acts is $10.00 (per notarized signature) as mandated by the NC Secretary of State.

 

Travel fees are in addition to fees for notarial acts. Travel fees include the time and expense for your notary to bring their expert service to you.

Services including I-9 Employment Verifications, Mortgage Signings and Apostille Services are negotiated separately.​


Absentee ballots are always free!

All fees will be disclosed to you, and agreed upon, prior to your scheduled appointment.
